As a Camp Director you will be responsible for the organisation of the camp to ensure the camp runs at a high level in terms of care for the children, health and safety and leadership of the team.
As a leader you must be a great communicator with the team of coaches, the children and of course the parents. Clear communication with our head office is important to ensure effective running of the camp.
The person we are looking for needs to be able to make decisions for the best of the camp and use diplomacy when working with the team.
We have created a quality culture, determined to develop every child and coach to their full potential. ESG's sports coaching approach has three main elements that focus on building the right philosophy, attitudes and skills within the person.
Extensive Training will be provided if successful.
Salary - £500 per week (Monday – Friday 8am -5pm with Two extensions till 6pm)
Qualifications
Candidates will ideally hold a childcare qualification. E.g. CACHE, NVQ, Primary PGCE, QTS.
Must be 21 years or above

Good sport playing standard
A love for working with children
Positive ‘Can Do Mental Attitude’
You must be eligible to work in the UK
You must be able to speak English fluently
You must be currently living within a commutable distance of this vacancy.
