Holiday property management company - reservation agent, from £1450pcm to £1600pcm.

Holiday Property Management Company based in North West London is currently looking for a Reservation Agent to join its busy international team. We are medium sized company, running 220 holidays apartments in NW London. Our office is located in Willesden Green area, very quiet environment (no walk-in customers), we have a team of 7 people working on the floor, so, please come and join our family!

The successful candidate must demonstrate the following skills:

Good English (written and spoken);
Italian or/and Spanish or/and French speaker;
To be PC and Smart Phone literate;
A polite and customer service-oriented attitude;
To be able to work autonomously as well as a part of the team;
Multitasking and problem-solving skills;
experience in Holiday Letting/Hotel/Apart Hotel will be considered as a plus.

As a Reservation Agent, the resource will be responsible for:

Processing enquiries, bookings and payments.
Dealing with the several portals in use and their extranets.
Responding to and follow up sales enquiries by telephone, live chat and e-mails in a professional manner.
Use the reservation system in processing reservations and payments.
Coordinate the guests’ arrival and the check-in procedure.
Providing a great customer care.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), with salary rate STARTING from £1450 per month with the possibility to be reviewed depending on experience and performance. We also offer 3 weeks paid holidays, annual bonus system.

Please, note that you will be requested to work on a shift schedule (mornings 08-16 hrs, daily 11-19 hrs and evenings 14-22 hrs on the weekly basis), including some weekends and some bank holidays. Further details will be provided upon interview.
