The World Hockey Finals are coming to London in 2022! This fortnight long event will be full of intense moments, close matches, and many cups of tea.
We are recruiting a team of staff to serve food and drink at the Lee Valley Hockey and Tennis Centre to keep the crowds content during the games.
Role: Concessions
Our Basic Pay - *Under 25s* £7.38 (+89p holiday pay accrued per hour worked) *Over 25s* £7.83 (+95p holiday pay accrued per hour worked)
Uniform: Smart Black- Black button shirt, Smart black work Trousers, Smart black closed toe shoes. The uniform code is set by the venue and is very strict! Anyone without this clothing on when arriving to site will be turned away.
Shift length: approximately 6-11 hrs plus breaks.
Shift times: approximately 10am-10pm, please bear in mind this is event work and these could change closer to the event on some of the quieter days Notes: any match(es) may be rescheduled to accommodate broadcast requirements which would also effect these shift times.
Other points: This is a high volume sporting event, which means the food and drink units will be very busy each day. Therefore priority will be given to those that can do the majority of the dates.
