JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a DYNAMIC helper to join our team in london!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Thoroughly cleans office and floors.
• Performs inspections of facilities and grounds and cleans as needed.
• Maintains inventory of all maintenance supplies, provides a list of supplies
needed when inventory is low to the Administrative Coordinator, coordinates
contestant appointment, and email as necessary.
• Organizes and maintains supply and office(s) to ensure safe access to contestant and juges.
• Empties all trash cans and disposes of the trash in receptacles daily.
• Coordinates and/or performs setup and clean of rooms (i.e. - for meetings,
events, etc.) as required.
Completes work orders and other job-relates duties as assigned by the
Administrative Coordinator
EDUCATION and experience:
High school
SKILLS and COMPETENCIES:
• Fluent in the English Language
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent work ethic and time management skills.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness and response procedures.
• Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system when necessary.
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must be a self motivator, possess a positive attitude, and be detail oriented.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Must be available to work from Monday to Friday as well as Saturdays
must have knowledge of makeup, photography ,people skills, computer skill. Please send a cv/cv needed for this.
