We are looking to recruit full time Health care assistants for a care home for young adults aged 18-65. To provide support with Independence to young adults with mental health needs. We are looking to recruit full time staff to work various shifts over 7 days.
We provide extensive training and will cover all fees to enroll in relevant NVQ training. We have a family atmosphere and great working environment. We have homes in Ilford and Leyton so local candidates would be ideal. Come have a look around and see how we can benefit each other.
Salaries are dependent on experience and existing qualifications although trainees are also welcome.
Must speak English, have patience and have a kind caring nature.
We are looking to recruit staff across our two homes who are active and can inspire adults to live independently.
The ideal person would be passionate about giving emotional support and encouragement to our clients, promote independent living and maintain their dignity and privacy. The job involves heavy lifting, personal care and medication administration. The ideal candidate would also have some care experience in the UK.
