As our Vitality Health and Wellbeing Advisor you will deliver interactive and engaging Vitality presentations to members in their workplace.  You will answer membership questions and facilitate these questions into the relevant departments to ensure resolution and member satisfaction is achieved.
In addition, a role pre-requisite is to help members to understand their health and how Vitality can assist so the successful candidate will be confident in delivering generic information/messages to small groups.
Responsibilities as our Vitality Health and Wellbeing Advisor include:
- Deliver a generic presentation and information workshop to members in their workplace to engage and educate them on the benefits of the Vitality health and Partner and Rewards Programme.
- Dazzle customers and take accountability for member queries raised, facilitate these into relevant business departments to ensure member satisfaction is achieved.
- Inspire employee engagement by promoting Vitality brand values and role modelling the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
- Generate member testimonials to help inspire and attract engagement with Vitality.
- Meet/exceed objectives set by the Head of Vitality At Work and Vitality Head Coach.
- Maintain a high degree of expertise with our product, industry and workplace health to fulfil role and understand wider challenges and opportunities.
Skills and experience required of our Vitality Health and Wellbeing Advisor:
- Degree educated with a Sports and Exercise Science, Physiology or similar human sciences qualification.
- Professional work related experience and qualifications are important for this role.
-  You will be required to interact with members in their workplace, provide product education and health and wellbeing advice and act as a strong role model for Vitality At Work and the benefits of leading an active and healthy lifestyle.
