The following courses start in September 2022
Level 3 in Health and Social Care
HND Level 4 and 5 in Health and Social Care.
BSc (Hons) Health and Social Care
BA (Hons) in Public Health and Health Promotion.
Roles Available:
If you join any of the above courses, you can secure a work placement and/or a job in any of the following roles.
Healthcare Assistant
Health Service Supervisor
Welfare Officer
Councellor
Dietitian
Health and Safety Advisor
Social Worker

(Securing a role depends on your successful completion of the course and on your application/interview with the employer)
Funding:
Student finance depends on your overall household income, your course and where you live and study. On average, you can receive the following:
- £6,904 A year if you live with your parents.
- £8,200 A year if you live away from home and study outside London.
- £10,702 A year if you live away from home and study in London.
Your course fees will be paid directly to the university or college.
Extra Support:
In addition to the above, you may also be entitled to the following:
- Disabled Students Allowances (DSAs): DSA is available to support you during your studies with any costs incurred because of your disability. The amount of DSA depends on your needs.
- Dependents Grant: If you have children or an adult who depends on you financially, you may be eligible for up to £2,757 Adult Dependents Grant and £155.24 per week for one child, £266.15 for 2 or more children.
- Bursaries and Scholarships: Depending on the college or university you apply to, you may also be eligible for a bursary and/or scholarship.
Eligibility and Requirements:
Once you join, you will have to attend the course 2/3 days a week. The remaining days you will have to work. You can also join our evening classes and work during the day time.
You must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Minimum age: 18 Years old
- Must be an undergraduate (If you have received Student Finance previously, you will not be eligible)
- Must hold a UK/British Passport, EU National or have right to remain in UK.
- Must have a National Insurance number
- Must be able to speak English at a minimum level of IELTS 4.5
- For Full funding: Must have been in UK for last 5 years or currently in employment for last 3 months.
- For Partial funding: Must be an EU/UK national.
