Petit Pois Bistro, is a small informal Restaurant in Hoxton Square serving inspired dishes inspired by the French classics, and a wine list that isnt confined to but inspired by french styles.
We Are looking for some one who has enough experience to make the jump to head waiter, or an existing head waiter that can help take the reigns and grow our little restaurant with our General manager.
you will have responsibility for running shift, and helping grow the wine list (if your experience justifies), ensuring service standards, liaising with the kitchen on new dishes.
