An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head Waiter / Head Waitress in a prestigious Hotel and Restaurant in Centra London.You will be working in a fine dining atmosphere serving up to 27 covers and working along with the team to deliver high level service to customers.
In the Head Waiter / Head Waitress job, will be
responsible for co-ordinating the activities of the dining room
providing a courteous and efficient service to guests, greeting guests and escorting them to tables, taking orders
providing details on a comprehensive selection of wine
overseeing junior members of staff
To succeed in the Head Waiter / Head Waitress job, you will need:
experience in front of house and waiting on work
experience working in a fine dining environment
a proactive attitude with excellent communication skills
to be an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual
an eye for detail and commitment to providing the very highest standards of customer service
