A splendid 35 covers restaurant based in the heart of London is looking for a Head Waiter/Waitress to join the small front of house team. They offer both a la Carte We offer both à la Carte and tasting menus showcasing seasonal British dishes and a 100-bin wine list.As Head Waiter/Waitress you will provide great customer service while performing regular waiter duties, as well as managing your fellow waiters.We are ideally looking for a Head Waiter/Waitress who:Have previous experience in a similar Head Waiter/Waitress role at a high-quality restaurant environment Have a good understanding of all areas within the restaurant Have experience of completing closing down procedures at the end of shift Are excellent team players with a positive and enthusiastic attitude Possesses a good command of the English language Are passionate about food and keen to develop their knowledge on the menu and wine list.You will be paid £10-£12 per hour for this Head Waiter/Waitress role, 48 h per week contract.If you are passionate and looking to work in an intimist environment where you will be able to develop your knowledge and skills we would love to hear from you!Your application to this role will automatically send us your CV and associated details which we will use to contact you about this and other job opportunities.
