The Porterhouse in Covent Garden is a very busy lively bar/restaurant serving a range of craft Beers, cocktails and whiskeys and all home prepared food.  We have 4 bars and live music several nights a week.
We are looking for an experienced Head Waiter/Waitress to motivate, encourage and train our waiting staff to provide excellent table service at all times.  You must have at least one years experience in a supervisory role and have a confident and outgoing personality. You will be responsible for ensuring service runs smoothly.
This is a full time position working 40 to 45 hours per week.
We offer a competitive salary, with 28 days paid holiday, and staff meals whilst on duty.
