We are looking for an experienced Head Waiter or Head Waitress who has a passion for delivering the highest levels of service to our guests.

Orrery Restaurant, part of the D and D; Group, is an elegant fine dining restaurant, serving modern French cuisine.

As a Head Waiter/Ress you will expected to:
•Have excellent product knowledge with the ability to provide the highest levels of service to all guests at all times during service.
•You will have the ability to run a section and effectively supervise the junior members of the front of house team.
•Attention to detail will be crucial to ensure consistency and the effective and timely set up of the restaurant for each service.
•We expect our Head Waiter/Ress to effectively support Managers in the restaurant to ensure guests always leave fully satisfied and performance targets are achieved.

We are ideally looking for candidates who are:
•Experienced Head Waiters
•experience of working in quality restaurants, ideally with some fine dining experience.
•Passionate about delivering the highest levels of service with a desire to learn and work hard.
•Keen to progress their career in a quality restaurant environment.
•Able to work effectively as part of a team.
