Forge are working with an iconic restaurant in the heart of Mayfair to recruit a Head Waiter for their reopening. Part of a small restaurant group boasting several Michelin stars across the board.
The restaurant has a new Head Chef in the kitchen and a brand new menu.
After a full refurb this renowned site is ready to push the boundaries of quality food and service.
Head Waiters should have experience in quality establishments and have a real passion for food and outstanding service.
Salary dependent on experience £23k - £27k
The restaurant is due to reopen in the next couple of weeks.
Head Waiters should be eligible to live and work in the UK and due to the high volume of applications only shortlisted candidates will be contacted directly.
