We are looking for an Head Waiter / Barista to start immmediately
The restaurant has 80 covers and a team of 8 people, front and back. It is only open Monday to Friday for breakfast and lunch.
We are looking for a head waiter and Barista's role with experience.
The ideal candidate will be strong minded, outgoing, organised, efficient, tidy and punctual.
Daily duties will include:
*organising front
*ordering retail supplies and packaging
*keeping track of customer accounts
*maintaining and building customer relationships
*cash out
*reporting to the owners
*stock count
*driving and meeting daily sales targets
Competitive salary and bonuses. This restaurant has a slow paced environment so we are looking for someone who is patient.
