The Job Role:
SUSHISAMBA is looking for an experienced Head Waiter/Waitress to deliver an A* service to each of our guests, ensuring that their experience is memorable and always delivered with hospitality.
You will be advising our guests on a number of dishes and drinks to compliment their meal, talking them through the menu and confidently demonstrating the sharing/family concept of dining as well as ensuring that the waiting team are attentive to each guests needs.
Service is always at the forefront so it’s essential for you to be exceptionally welcoming, dynamic and very friendly. Our guests choose SUSHISAMBA London for a memorable experience, and you will be part of making each experience that extra special.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Previous experience as a Head Waiter/Senior Waiter in a fine dining (sharing concept experience is advantageous but not essential)
• experience working in a fast-paced environment, similar to SUSHISAMBA
• Customer focused - demonstrating exceptional guest service
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
• Have a willingness to learn and grow within the business
• Ability to maintain and set processes and standards
