The Porterhouse is a very busy Bar/Restaurant in Covent Garden serving all home prepared food, craft Beers, cocktails, high end spirits and a huge selection of whiskies from around the world. We wish to recruit a Head Waiter/Waitress to train and lead our team in providing excellent service and to host our bookings and functions.
The ideal candidate will have at least one years experience in a similar role and be confident in working in a very fast paced environment. You will enjoy being part of a team and have a passion for delivering outstanding, friendly and knowledgeable service.
