Head Pizza Chef
We’re opening a brand new pizza concept in New Cross. We are set to open our new concept in a matter of weeks and are on the lookout for a Head Chef to open the site, and potentially more in the next year.
About Us:
We are a hospitality group with a number of pubs in South and East London. This is our first adventure into fast/casual food and we are building a small and cosy outlet next to one of our established pubs. We have intention to roll out several restaurants in the coming months and develop our opening team to grow with the company. We offer support and development at each step of the way and hope that our staff will grow with us.
The concept is to provide delicious pizza in a relaxed atmosphere with full counter service, delivering fresh and satisfying product. Having a paired back and clean service style, focused on efficiency and consistency.
About You:
We are seeking a motivated, experienced and knowledgeable head pizza chef to lead us through the opening and into daily service. You will be key to designing and developing the menu, kitchen and organising the initial accounts, purchasing equipment to establish a capable and efficient kitchen. You will be dedicated with a positive, can do attitude and the desire to succeed. You will work alongside the General Manager to achieve weekly General Practitioner ’s, wage costs and kitchen hygiene. You will be in charge of hiring your small yet concise team of fellow chefs.
Remuneration:
We can pay £30,000 + per annum depending on experience. There are 28 paid holiday days a year, and we will provide all necessary training should you require any support or assistance along the way. You will also have an opportunity to be part of an exciting and fresh project, to build and take pride in creating something unique.
