Purpose and Scope Overview
To enhance long term owner value in the business and to build a solid sales team delivering results.
Broad Statement of Duties
Supervision of staff including appraisals, individual training needs analysis, training plans, reviewing and testing competency and providing guidance as needed. Creating new ideas to promote Infinity products and ideas.

Overview of Tasks
1. One-to-one meetings with those supervised to agree individual training needs.
2. Conducting of observed sales and/or role-plays as part of the overall appraisal system.
3. Providing guidance and facilitating relevant pastoral care as required.
4. Intervening in issues if necessary.
5. Making decisions on the escalation of issues.
6. Reporting concisely to the Managing Director.
7. Reading understanding and interpreting all products that we are promoting to the market.
8. Responsible for coming up with solutions for management processes and recruitment.
9. Evaluate business risks.
10. Working alongside the Business Operations Manager to input in business development.
11. Deal with the initial Managerial Human Resources issues with guidance from the Human Resources Manager.
12. Participate in business strategy meetings and put ideas forward.
13. Follow through with any strategies that are implemented.
14. Prepare and implement operational reports.
15. Accountable for FCA requirements in relation to sales.
16. To communicate detailed information and provide advice and share best practice with senior managers.
17. Continually looking for efficiencies and improvements in processes and procedures.
18. To be accountable for implementing compliant sales solutions.
19. To act with integrity and establish an un-obstructive compliance culture within the business.
20. To eliminate any non-compliant business related risks.
21. To display the organisations’ values and understand the importance of customer focus.
22. Advise on changes and how to implement them and provide training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality standards.
23. Reviewing customer requirements and making sure they are met.
24. Responsible and accountable for meeting KPI’s.
25. Meet local authorities for procurement.
Objectives
1. Data input completed and not backlogged more than 2 working days in any period (holiday periods excepted).
2. Ensuring that the treating customers fairly policy is adhered to.
3. Senior management are made aware of relevant and important matters.
4. Helping with the achievement of key performance indicators.
5. Promote core values.
Qualification and Skills Requirements
1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales managerial position.
2. Preferable to have experience in selling high end market products.
3. Good understanding of the key 8 principles of the sales process.
4. Mentoring and Coaching experience is preferable.
5. Excellent communication skills at all levels, and in a professional manner – written and verbal.
6. Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
7. Be passionate about the compliance area.
8. A high level of planning and organisational skills.
9. Able to work within a team, and independently.
10. experience providing compliance support is desirable.
11. To build relationships externally and internally.
12. Intermediate IT skills and strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office.
13. Ability to liaise confidently with senior management and Directors.
14. experience of managing external and regulatory interactions.
15. Diligent, conscientious with a high level of attention to detail.
16. Good general level of education including GCSE A-C in Maths and English.
Salary £35,000 plus commission
3 years prior experience necessary
