Title: Head of Red Team
Salary: 90,000 - £110,000 + plus excellent benefits

Client is a leading financial institution through an exciting period of expansion in their highly skilled information security team. The successful professional will be offered the platform to build and develop the Red Team across its engagement framework, co-ordination of third party support and recruitment globally.
Main Responsibilities:
* Grow the Red Teams personal according to the successful candidates vision
* Develop a framework for internal red team engagements
* Consistently refine methodologies
* Work with SOC to develop an approach for testing detective capability
* Plan and implement a schedule of threat simulation
* Provide technical expertise and assurance testing in security incident scenarios
* Hire, mentor and coach junior members of the Red Team
Successful Candidate:
* Qualifications - CREST, Check, Certified Red Team Member and Other Offensive Security Qualifications
* Direct and demonstrable experience in a similar global role
* experience in performing network penetration testing, cyber Red Team operations, performing network exploitation operations
* Outstanding stakeholder management and leadership qualities
