Role
• We are looking for a special individual to work full time supporting a boutique Executive Search firm.
• Based in Central London the office has an on-site team of 7 researchers and an off-site team of two Directors and 4 Consultants who work flexible hours.
• We are looking for someone who will manage the office, inspire, lead and coach the researchers and be their day to day point of contact.
• We work for one third of the FTSE 100 as well as Government and private family offices.
• As such, our work is confidential and intense in nature.
• The office needs hands on support and guidance.
• We are looking for someone who has had man management experience of at least a similar size and who will enjoy being the person to ‘own’ the well-being of the London office. You will be responsible for the career development of the researchers, their ongoing training and development as well as hiring as they rotate out of the firm.
• We also interested in candidates who would like to start or continue a career as a Search Consultant so being client facing, interviewing longlisted candidates and helping the research team deliver on complex, highly important assignments.
• A forces background is of interest.
