Head of Hotel Services, London GBPexcellentWe are recruiting a Head of Hotel Services for an established, premium private healthcare business in London.We are looking to speak with exceptional senior candidates who currently work in a London boutique or luxury hotel environment.The Head of Hotel Services will focus on delivering:* P and L control and management* Housekeeping delivery, efficiencies and staffing arrangements* Reception services/front of house including commercial/service enhancements* Food provision for inpatients, outpatients, café and staff café, including menu review, service style, reductions in cost, improvements in quality* Opportunities for additional revenue streams Key areas of focus:* Leadership* Customer Service* Housekeeping* Food and Beverage* Financial Accountability* Strategic Thinking* Reception* Concierge* Security* Health and Safety This is a Senior leadership role and as such you must be confident in presenting to the Executive Board and wider leadership team You will line manage the service managers: Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Receptions/Front of House, Security and oversee a wider team of over 200 employees across multiple buildings Essential Skills Required* Financial and numerical acumen* Personal charm and able to hold conversations with patients and visitors* Personal resilience* Creative and innovative* Drive and enthusiasm to make improvements as well as being able to get things done* Able to engage teams of people in service delivery* Self-motivated but able to work cross functionally with other teams and directorates* Computer literate and able to articulate changes to software packages that would enhance service delivery Essential experience Required* Managed a P and L or cost centre budgets* Successful experience of leading a hotel team of 100 + bedrooms* experience of translating a brand into product and service* Degree or diploma in Hotel Management Closing date: Monday 15 th May 2022Please note shortlisting will take place from Tuesday 16 th May 2022Apply today with your current CV.
