LAGAD are looking for a highly qualified gymnastics coach to become our Head of Rec Coaching.
You must have plenty of recreational gymnastics coaching experience and a minimum Level 3 Gymnstics Qualifiction in either GG, MAG or WAG.
LAGAD offer a friendly and busy working environment with a long term position for the right candidate. The role would include mentoring our trainees , checking our classes and overseeing that standards of coaching are upheld. The Head of Coaching would be responsible for the coaching rotas and developing all in house CPD training and coach documentation.
You need to be a good team player, have experience of leading and a good eye for detail.
You MUST have the following:-

Level 3 gymnastics coaching qualification.
experience mentoring/teaching coaches.
Admin experience.
Enhanced DBS.
The right to work in the UK.
Lots of energy and enthusiasm.
Child welfare certificate.
