XU are seeking an enthusiastic Head Kitchen Porter for their restaurant in Chinatown, Soho.
XU is a stylish, upscale and refined restaurant with an exciting menu that reflects the quality of locally-sourced ingredients. The 75-cover restaurant is split over 2 floors and the restaurant interiors are a reinterpretation of a cinematic set in 1920s Taipei, Shanghai.
We will offer the successful Head Kitchen Porter:
 Up to £8.50 per hour, dependent on experience;

As Head Kitchen Porter, you will be responsible for overseeing the Kitchen Porters before, during and after service. As a team, you will ensure that cleaning schedules and hygiene regulations are followed and you will assist with the acceptance, checking and storage of deliveries, as well as any other duties as directed by the Kitchen and Management teams.
Successful candidates will be highly personable, clear communicators with a natural ability to lead a team. You will also be organised, have excellent time management skills and impeccable attention to detail.
