We're looking for a Head Kitchen Porter to join our team.
As head Kitchen Porter you must oversee - - -
Supervise and train all KP's on how to maintain a clean kitchen and equipment.
Report to the Head Chef any issues with cleaning or equipment maintenance.
Assistant the chefs with food prep and stock management.
Supervising all kitchen porters and ensure all work is carried out daily and at maximum hygiene and safety standards and all paperwork fully filled out.
Take weekly regular meetings with all Kitchen Porters and report to the Head Chef.
Complying fully with all regulations relating to Health and Safety at work Act 1974, hygiene and food handling, fire precautions and emergency procedures and COSHH regulations.
The starting salary is £22,000. You will be joining a settled kitchen team and a team of KP's.
