Main role and objectives:As Head Housekeeper of our brand new hotel, you will establish, manage and direct all activities relating to Housekeeping to maximize quality standards while maintaining productivity.  You will develop and implement strategies, control costs, manage our agency partner, and provide inspirational service to ensure maximum guest satisfaction is delivered.Job role responsibilities: Ensure our newly opened Hotel is maintained with the cleanliness in line with the brand standards and prepared to inspire our guests. Efficient ongoing organisation and delivery of full housekeeping services, including bedroom cleaning, public areas, supervision and linen, all to company standards and within productivity goals. Actively champion and promote guest satisfaction as measured in Medallia. Share results and feedback regularly with the hotel team and identify and act upon opportunities to improve service. Analysing departmental expenditures, wages, General Practitioner % against business performance to identify areas in which efficiencies can be made to ensure cost effectiveness and accurate forecast are submitted to meet budget. Oversee and develop successful relationships with 3rd party agency.Set and agree departmental objectives in line with hotel objectives and balance scorecard, and communicate these through the 90 day plans, ensuring all targets are met within the agreed timescales. Implement company policies and procedures where necessary and in line with Company standards. Ensure that departmental meetings occur on regular basis and cover appropriate topics to ensure the team is driving forward with the department/hotel strategy.To ensure all Company health and safety requirements are met consistently and that the team is aware of their obligations.        What we are looking for:  An energetic individual who is truly passionate about Hotels with a proven track record in Housekeeping leadership capable of creating an inspirational guest experience. Someone who is great at creating and maintaining positive and productive working relationships across the business and with partners, communicating effectively in a range of situations.A leader who has a hands on approach and is passionate about engaging and inspiring our guests. Experienced in working within budgets and ensures compliance with health and safety requirements. Someone able to work in a fast paced working environment while leading from the front.
