Head Housekeeper Job in North London

A busy household in London is seeking an excellent Russian speaking Head Housekeeper to help run the household. This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding team and gain excellent experience within a formal setting.

The family already employ a huge team of staff including Chefs, Drivers, Nannies, and more. The team of Nannies take care of all the children’s laundry and play areas. You will be required to supervise a number of Housekeepers and Maids.

Your duties will include shared cleaning, laundry and ironing so you must be very hands on. You will be in charge of organising the dry cleaning. This is a fast paced environment to work in so you must be an extremely hard worker with great experience in formal households. You will have sole charge of cleaning the private areas of the principal and his wife. You must be meticulous with organising their wardrobes. You will be in charge of table service with every meal.

When in London you will be provided with your own bedroom in a staff house, but you must have somewhere else to stay on your days off.

The family travel a lot so if they are abroad when you are due to be working, you may be required to travel with them, and then fly back to your home for your 15 days off. Of course all transport costs are covered and accommodation is provided when overseas.

The family also have a pet dog.

House: Large House in Hampstead

Hours: 7am – 11pm (This may vary depending on when the principal is in residence)
15 Days on, 15 days off
Accommodation Provided when on duty

Salary: £45-50k Gross Per Annum
