Charlotte Guest House is looking for full time Supervisor for our small Housekeeping team to start work as soon as possible. Full training will be given. Working Hours 07:00-15:30 Tuesday –Fridays. Monday and Saturdays 07:00-15:00.
The successful applicant will have the desired mixture of enthusiasm, high motivation and customer focus to thrive in a friendly Housekeeping team. You will be working 6 days out of 7 days per week with a rotation of Sunday work.
You will start the day interacting with customer and serving our breakfast. Following the breakfast service, you will give out room list and brief the staff for the housekeeping duties. You will have your own buildings to clean and will check the other buildings and cleaning of your cleaners.
Skills include:
• supervisory and/or team leadership skills
• strong, customer focused leader
• responsible for supervising housekeeping
• checking cleaning of guest bedrooms
• organising laundry and supporting the housekeeping management team within the place of work
• Assisting the management in the administration, weekly team meeting Memo, induction of new staff and rooming lists.
• Knowledge of another language would be beneficial.
