As a Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for the management of a busy housekeeping department, ensuring the provision of the very best service to our clients and their guests. As a part of this high energy and fast moving environment you will be required to:
- Be the first port of call for the Hotel General Manager and senior management team within the hotel - To assist the housekeeping team, including supervisors, to meet their daily targets - Ensure a safe working environment - Maximize the performance of your team, leading by example and setting high standards and ensuring the service is operated safely, hygienically and to contractual specifications. - Support the housekeeping team with ongoing training and development - Coach and mentor housekeeping team to deliver daily targets - Provide full training and development for your team. - Maximize the performance of your team - To lead the Housekeeping team including Deputy`s and Floor Supervisors. - Ensure a safe working environment. The ideal Candidate will have:
