Chefs and Wait Team needed for NEW OPENING
UNITED CHIP - Clerkenwell – EC1M
We are United Chip, a new concept opening our first site in Clerkenwell. Three types of specialty chips are prepared fresh daily; classic chips, frites and sweets. Alongside a sustainable fish menu, some innovative sides, homemade sauces and an exciting craft beer offering - we aim to produce a consistently stunning offering that takes the traditional chippy and turns it up to another level. 
We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated, friendly people that bring a bit of theatre to their work and a love of excellent fish and chips. All our roles will have multiple responsibilities, so we offer a real chance to learn every aspect of the business. 
Job Type: 
Chefs - full time / flexible shifts
Wait Team - full time and part time / flexible shifts
Salary: from £10ph

Requirements:
Essential:
• All applicants must speak fluent English, be eligible to work in the UK, and provide two work references.
• Head Fryer - Two years’ kitchen experience | Line Chefs - One years' kitchen experience | Wait Team - One years' hospitality experience
• IT literate
Desirable:
• Level 2 Food Safety in Catering (we will renew if out of date)
• Ideally you would be able to start right away or in less than two weeks
• Head Fryer - Some management experience preferred.
