We are looking for a Head/Executive Chef for our new small 40 cover tapas restaurant just off the very busy Leicester Square which is due to open in approximately one months time.
A detailed knowledge and experience of Spanish cuisine is required especially the different types of tapas available in the different regions of Spain.
This is a great opportunity for some aspiring chef to make their mark and show what they can do. The position will involve being responsible for all matters relating to the kitchen including
kitchen and menu planning,
sourcing an managing of kitchen staff and suppliers,
preparing and managing budgets,
controlling costs and maximising profits
ensuring food quality and
maintaining hygiene standards.
Proven experience and evidence of the aptitude to carry out this position is required.
Excellent references will be required.
