We have an excellent opportunity for a head cook chef to manage our kitchen team in our fabulous Skylight Restaurant. It's all about being creative and having a passion for food. You will ensure the effective running of the kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing hot and cold food including daily specials using fresh quality ingredients for the our customer's within the Restaurant, along with general kitchen duties, housekeeping, ordering stock, stock and wastage control, therefore you should be well organised and have excellent food hygiene and presentation standards. You will also need to have excellent cooking skills and effective people management skills.
