SPUNTINO takes its inspiration from the Prohibition-style speakeasy cocktail bars of Downtown New York, offering twists on classic Italian-American cuisine and unashamedly boozy cocktails. Our 27-cover restaurant is located in the red-light district in the middle of Soho.
We are part of the POLPO group, who have eight restaurants across London and Brighton.
We are currently recruiting for a Head Chef to head up a small, close-knit team. You will be reporting to the General Manager and Group Executive Chef.
