Head Chef - Spuntino
Spuntino takes its inspiration from the Prohibition-style speakeasy cocktail bars of Downtown New York, offering twists on classic Italian-American cuisine and unashamedly boozy cocktails. Our 27-cover restaurant is located in the red-light district in the middle of Soho.
We are part of the POLPO group of restaurants: 8 casual, informal and buzzy restaurants which all revolve around the idea of simplicity.
We are currently recruiting for a Head Chef. You will be managing a small, close-knit team and report directly to our Group Executive Chef.​
