POLPO Ltd is a group of 9 casual, informal and buzzy restaurants which all revolve around the idea of simplicity:

POLPO, meaning “octopus” in Italian, is a Venetian bàCaro – a humble restaurant serving simple but authentic food all freshly prepared on-site, paired with young Italian wines and classic Italian aperitivo cocktails. There are 6 POLPOs in London and Brighton.
POLPETTO is smaller than its sister restaurants and offers seasonal Venetian-inspired dishes in an elegant and  intimate setting with an open kitchen. POLPETTO is located on Berwick Street in the heart of Soho and has received the Michelin Guide’s Bib Gourmand for the last four consecutive years.
SPUNTINO takes its inspiration from the Prohibition-style speakeasy cocktail bars of Downtown New York, offering twists on classic Italian-American cuisine and unashamedly boozy cocktails. The two SPUNTINOs are located in London and Bristol.

We are currently recruiting for a Head Chef. You will be managing a small, close-knit team and report directly to our Group Executive Chef.​
