We are looking for a Energetic and passionate Chef to join our management team and continue the success of the last year with our food offering. We are lovers of street food style plates and burgers so we hope you are too. We are a party bar at the weekends and a little more Foody mid week so our menu has both main meals and platters to offer. We give our Head Chef great autonomy so you will have control over the menu should you wish to update it, you will also handle all stock management and ordering. We are solely evening trade so kitchen opens at 5pm and closes at 11pm 5 days a week tuesday to saturday.
We offer a good bonus scheme for sales growth performance, which is paid quarterly. You will have experience delivering large corporate parties during christmas time as well.
We would love to meet Chefs who have worked in a branded business or company as well as chefs from independent operators.
You must have level 2 food hygiene qualification and be in date as well as understanding of HACCP.
We are offering salary dependant on experience and up to 25k per year + quarterly Bonus.
