Urban Pubs and Bars is looking for an experienced Head Chef to take the reins at The Rose Pub and Kitchen, SE14.
Located directly opposite New Cross Gate station, The Rose is a high turnover independent local gastropub with a focus on serving quality seasonal food and drink from the best suppliers and producers, and creating truly memorable customer experiences. We're looking for an aspirational and creative Head Chef with the drive, passion and knowledge to steer the venue's food offer forward. Someone who excels in team management, thrives off the pressure off a busy kitchen and understands the importance of exceeding customer expectations with great food, each and every service. Someone who ticks these boxes.

. A food aficionado. Someone as passionate about great food as we are, with exceptional knowledge of producing quality gastropub food to high standards using the best seasonal ingredients.
· Proficient in all aspects of kitchen management, including administration, stock control and supplier liaising.
