We are looking for a Leader head chef to run a busy high quality food school kitchen.
Key skills;
* Able to lead a brigade of 11 chefs
* Able to delivery 1200 lunches daily
* Good people skills and good communications
* Be able to reply to emails and manage the functions on the calendar
* Able to maintain the food safety and high levels of cleaning
* Be flexible
* team player
We are offering £26k per year you will require to work around the school calendar normally about 195 days per year. And you will have Summer holiday off, Easter Holliday off, Xmas Holiday off and most of the half term off too.
