Looking for someone to join our team and to support with the delivery of our modern casual dining concept.

We have an all day menu with brunch options, pizzas made from our 48 hour dough and various grill dishes and smaller bites.

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for:

- Delivering exceptional dishes in a time pressured environment, taking responsibility for the quality of each and every dish served.

- Ordering and controlling stock based on Parr Levels, Prep lists and recipes.

- Following our Due Diligence and cleaning schedule.

- Following our recipes and dish spec sheets but with a great palate and desire to make every dish taste amazing.

As Head Chef you’ll need to make sure our standard of service remains high at all times, ensure the kitchen is running smoothly, keep the atmosphere just right and work as a team to deliver fantastic fresh dishes throughout the day.
