Hook Camden are looking for a new Head Chef to join the team, we are under refurbishment currently and hope to re-open mid January with a fresh new look and innovative new menu, so would need someone in to help with the new set up and training, but can be flexible for the right person.
Duties to include

Stock control
Keeping a steady General Practitioner
Keeping the kitchen up to HACCP standards.
Menu development
