£30-35K plus targeted bonus
Great hours!  Mon – Fri only, no weekends no evenings, shop closes at 5pm.

This role if for our takeaway/Grab and go restaurant. The site makes up bentos and hot counter food which are all sold from a serving area.
Currently the kitchen is running with a junior chef at the helm.  We need someone who can come in and take over the running of the kitchen and input on menu development.
The kitchen runs a 5 star food rating which must be maintained. So food safety very important.

It’s a volume business with over 650 customers being served per day. Sites takes £3500-£4500 per day. This is for someone who has some knowledge of Japanese or Asian food, can input recipe ideas and keep the kitchen running smoothly. There is lots to do in the mornings to get the food ready for lunch. It’s a production kitchen with the team getting everything ready for 11am opening.

Would suit someone who lives close to Chiswick as starts are early, 6-7am.
