Busy and successful traditional Greek Restaurant in Bayswater needs full time Head Chef with a minimum of two years experience of Greek cooking, references required. Shifts are 3pm – 11pm, 6 days a week.
• Maintain good food hygiene throughout the kitchen
• Good communication skills
• experience of cooking on a charcoal grill
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Maintain high levels of productivity and food standards during busy service
• Understand food safety
• Ability to speak Greek an advantage
