Our Pub Company is expanding and looking for an ambitious Head Chef to join our team.
Our Pub is based in Fulham, SW6 we offer Modern British Food and quality drinks in a relaxed but quality pub style environment from lunch to late evening.
We are looking for an enthusiastic head chef, interested in a rewarding working.
Environment, freshly prepared, British, seasonal food and most importantly assisting us in building our food business.
We are in the process of refurbishing our venue and looking for the right candidate to drive the kitchen forward.

You will:
·         Create seasonal Menus
·         Deliver delicious Food
·         Develop relationships with all food suppliers.
·         Ensure kitchen brigade operates to the highest standards.
·         Undertake Cook-offs with management team.
·         Arrange F-O-H staff training in new Menus and Daily Specials.
·         Recruit Chefs and run a great team.
·         Develop and Train all Chefs
·         Undertake weekly audit of Food Hygiene records.
·         Prepare Kitchen Staff Rotas
·         Deliver Food GPs to set Budgets.
·         Have experience at a senior level.
·         Have excellent understanding of English.
·         Be fully conversant with British Food.
