We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious Head Chef to open our new site in London Bridge. You will be working in a brand new, well equipped kitchen with a team of 6 chefs. Our menu runs through the day and with this new opening, we are putting a real focus on the evening offering.

• Our menu is inspired by Australia’s melting pot of culinary cultures and we look to add creativity and unique twists to make our menu stand out from our peers; and
• Our restaurants trade 7 days a week from breakfast to evenings.
A bit about you and the role. You will:
• Play a key role in opening our new site, working with our executive head chef;
• Have a well travelled palate and be able to demonstrate a passion for food;
• Have experience in leading a kitchen team during service in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant;
• Have a good understanding of managing stock levels, GPs and labour within budgetary requirements;
• Be enthusiastic in leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding food quality; and
• Work an average of less than 50 hours per week (doubles rare) with 28 days holiday per year.
