We are looking for an ambitious and creative Head Chef for a new French restaurant in East London. Located in E5, we seat 45 with outside space for a further 35 guests. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and committed Head Chef with the right skills and experience to join a beautiful, neighbourhood restaurant that is run by a committed owner who is passionate about French food and wine
The person we seek must have personality, enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and above all the desire, experience and ability to create and produce excellent and original French food with its roots in the classical repertoire.
We are offering a basic salary of £40000 per annum plus a generous performance related bonus.

A genuine passion for great French food and the ability to deliver it to the highest standards.
Personality, enthusiasm, a calm disposition and a positive attitude.
The ability to create, lead and motivate a small friendly brigade of chefs.
A full understanding of food hygiene and safety issues, with advanced formal qualification.
Able to take full responsibility for the kitchens financial performance.
A good CV showing career progression and least 1 years experience as a head chef or senior sous chef in a high quality restaurant.
