URGENT! We are searching for a hard working Head Chef to run our busy, little kitchen.

We are an independent, family run coffee house in the heart of Bloomsbury, specialising in an Antipodean style of coffee and seasonal, homemade food. We offer breakfast, savouries, quiches, pasties, varied salads, sandwiches and of course, cake!

We need someone reliable and enthusiastic (preferably with experience of working for independent restaurants/cafes so you know what to expect) to step up and take on the daily role of food prep, cooking breakfasts to order, creating daily menus, organising the kitchen cleaning (daily, weekly and deep monthly cleans), ordering and receiving stock and organising the kitchen staff's breaks to ensure that all daily tasks are carried out.

We are really looking for an individual to make their mark by bringing their own ideas and personality to the role, as well as putting methods in place to ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly and hygienically at all times.

This is a full time role, starting early in the morning and finishing mid afternoon, you will always be required to work at least one day on a weekend. The ideal candidate would be friendly, calm and flexible.
