Hubbub Café Bar and Restaurant are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Head Chef to join our small, friendly team. The ideal candidate will be happy working in a hands-on kitchen environment, self-motivation is essential as at times you will be required to work alone.
We are based in a converted Victorian chapel on the Isle of Dogs, just off Canary Wharf. We are attached to a theatre venue for which we are also the licensed caterer and from whom we get a regular flow of customers. We have established a local presence over the past 15 plus years and have built a reputation for quality which has made us a favourite for a wide range of people who continue to come back. We specialise in high standard breakfasts and an all day menu which includes burgers and daily specials.
The successful candidate must have a full work permit and good working English.
Salary £30,000 per annum
