Working for a progressive ready prepared salad company supplying an amazing vegan and gluten free salad offer to many of the premier names on the high street.
The company is going through an exciting expansion phase and are looking for a chef to head up the production line and become part of the exciting company journey.
This role will require a flexible approach to hours and will only suit candidates who can look at the bigger picture as to where this role may lead.
We have a state of the art kitchen, fantastic business support and truly believe the sky is the limit.

The skills and experience we are looking for are as follow, however if you meet a majority of the criteria we will be happy to hear from you.
-ideally located within 2 zones of the Kings Cross station area
-have line food production experience gained within in the retail salad market. Maybe gained in a quality deli or with one of the major artisan/organic high street names
-to have supervised at least a team of 3
-fully conversant with all current health and safety legislation
-fluent command of spoken and written English
-know your way around production schedules
-can demonstrate an ability to improve systems and processes
-happy to pitch in to an energetic, slightly eccentric and fun environment!
