We are launching a brand new Immersive Theatre and Dining experience in East London and have an exciting full time opportunity for a Head Chef to recreate our menu.
The menu has already been created by BBC Masterchef's Billy and Jack, and so we are looking for someone ideally with an Events background who is experienced in producing dishes with extreme accuracy in a fast paced environment. The menu will consist of three courses, which will need to be served within an hour to a maximum of 48 covers.
On Tuesdays- Fridays there will be two sittings in the afternoon/ evening, and on Saturdays and Sundays 5 sittings will be spread across the day from Midday so we are looking to share this role between 2 candidates. You will be in charge of stock taking and liaising with the Venue Manager for catering deliveries, as well as any other requirements you may have.
