We are looking for an experienced chef to join the Dragon Bar kitchen team.
The position is full time, between 42 – 45 hours per week.
The salary is £21,840 per year, and paid weekly.
The Kitchen team comprises of two chefs and two commis chefs/kitchen porters. We serve food from midday to 10pm, 7 days a week.
We run a small seasonal menu that combines traditional pub food with modern cooking practices.
All our food is fresh and homemade.
The person we are looking for to fill this position must have chef experience, be skilled at menu planning, have a good understanding of how to maintain a profitable General Practitioner and have up to date food hygiene qualifications. We are looking for someone who can fit in with us, but will also bring their own flare and personality to the Dragon kitchen.
Most importantly the person for this job must have good people skills, working with the rest of the kitchen team, and all the staff in the bar.
