Head Chef at The Red Lion Vacancy

Posted: Today
Place: E11 3AA, Greater London

About working for Antic

At Antic we believe all great pubs are individual and with passion for providing the absolute best to their surrounding community. Our focus is on friendly and genuine staff, fresh seasonal produce and an excellent selection of wines, local and national Ales and spirits delivered with care and at an honest value. We nurture creativity and give autonomy to our managers, chefs and their teams to run their sites as if their own.
About the Pub
The ‘local’ is an age-old part of British tradition. At the centre of the community it is a place that we head to for some filling fare, quenching drinks and a generally good knees-up! At The Red Lion we have bought this tried and tested formula into the 21st century. Since our humble beginnings in 2011 we have transformed this previously neglected grand old building into the bustling hub of Leytonstone.
Our kitchen serves an ever-changing menu in keeping with seasonal produce and tastes. Our chefs use nothing but fresh seasonal ingredients. With the more formal dining area combined with casual bar seating and our rather impressive beer garden. We offer table service inside and have a separate lunch and dinner menu.
At The Red Lion we recognise our place in the community, not just as a business but as a place to meet, eat and be merry. Our events allow us to bring people from the local area, and often further afield, together in an enjoyable and memorable atmosphere. From hosting some of the biggest names in hip hop, to throwing New Year’s parties of epic proportions, we’ve always got a surprise up our sleeve.  No one’s ever excluded with events spanning the Leytonstone festival, our quirky Monday quiz night and our appreciative charity Christmas dinner for the areas’ older residents.
